At today's meeting they discussed the current cooperation with UN agencies in Serbia and possibilities for its further improvement.
Dacic expressed gratitude for the support of the UNDP through the implementation of development projects, particularly in the areas of good governance, social inclusion, environmental protection, transport, energy and reduction of the risk of natural disasters, contributing to the overall efforts of Serbia on the road to achieving full membership in EU Agenda and reaching sustainable development by 2030.
During the meeting they expressed satisfaction over the fact that the Serbian government enabled the start of the work of the UN house in Belgrade, which houses the UN agencies, programmes and funds.
Also, the officials expressed the expectation that the five-year Development Partnership Framework of the government of Serbia and the United Nations Country Team in Serbia for the period from 2016 to 2020 will contribute to further improvement of key areas of our society, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
