First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Serbia, based in Budapest, Nurbahom Rustemov.
The officials pointed out that the bilateral cooperation is developing successfully and that there are no outstanding issues.
Also during the meeting they focused on the cooperation at the multilateral level and supporting each other's candidacy in international organisations.
Special attention was paid to the importance of the principle of territorial integrity.
Rustemov confirmed that Kazakhstan is consistent in supporting Serbia in international organisations and in its unaltered stance on the non-recognition of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
