First Deputy Prime Minster and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior and Security of Belgium Jan Jambon agreed today that there is common interest in further deepening and strengthening of all forms of the bilateral cooperation.

During the talks the two officials agreed that bilateral relations of the two countries are good and friendly, with a room for improvement and intensification of political dialogue.
Dacic expressed gratitude on the continued support of Belgium to the European integration of Serbia and voiced hope that that will continue in the future.
Jambon expressed gratitude on Serbia’s readiness to promote cooperation in all fields, especially in the fight against terrorism and crime.
Dacic and Jambon also discussed the migrant crisis and other security issues, reads a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
