Cooperation between Serbia, US in combating terrorism

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic met today with Ambassador of the United States of America in Serbia Kyle Scott about the current migrant crisis and cooperation between the two countries in the fight against terrorism.
Stefanovic expressed his gratitude for the support of the United States in the field of law enforcement and various projects, stressing that the two countries will continue the good cooperation, particularly in combating terrorism.
Ambassador Scott praised the work of the Serbian government and the Ministry of the Interior in dealing with migrants and solving their accommodation, as well as the cooperation between the government and the Ministry of Interior and with non-governmental and international organisations in dealing with migrant crisis, according to a statement by the Ministry of the Interior.
