Readiness to improve relations with China

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic began an official visit to China by a welcome meeting and a working dinner with Chinese Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Secretary General for Cooperation of China-CEEC Liu Haixing.
During the talks, both sides expressed satisfaction with the exceptional relations between the two countries and confirmed their readiness to continue all-round improvement.
It also stressed the active role of our country in the mechanism of China-CEEC in which Serbia leads the cooperation with China in all fields, especially in infrastructure.
The Chinese side expressed its appreciation to Dacic on his role in the overall advancement of this type of cooperation and his personal contribution to the implementation of concrete projects, a statement the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.
