Dacic and Jinsui noted that good relations between the two countries date back to the times of the former Yugoslavia, but also that there is room for improving cooperation, both at bilateral level and in international organisations.
The First Deputy Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Tunisia for its support on issues that are of importance for Serbia, and at the same time expressed the readiness of Serbia to give back that support.
Dacic said in an interview with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov that the two countries have no open issues, that relations are friendly, but that there are also opportunities to strengthen cooperation, especially in economy, education, agriculture and culture.
Meredov agreed that bilateral relations are good and that they should be deepened through more intense contacts and bilateral visits.
He invited Dacic to participate in a conference on sustainable transport, which will be held in Turkmenistan in November.
Dacic also met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of San Marino Pasquale Valentini, with whom he reached an agreement that Serbia and San Marino have traditionally good relations, which should be nurtured.
Valentini said that San Marino is interested in development of bilateral relations in the fields of culture, tourism and economy.
Dacic spoke yesterday with Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Gheit about the possibilities for improving cooperation, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
