Intensified bilateral relations between Serbia, Switzerland

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs received a farewell visit from Swiss Ambassador to Serbia Jean-Daniel Ruch and thanked Switzerland for backing the reform process in Serbia.

Dacic and Ruch agreed that bilateral relations have been intensified, noting progress in the economy, culture, and, more recently, tourism.
During the Serbian and Swiss consecutive OSCE chairmanship, the organisation achieved significant results, they also said.
Dacic noted the significant presence of Swiss companies in Serbia, expressing the expectation that Swiss investments in Serbia would increase, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
Thanking the Foreign Ministry and other Serbian institutions for the good cooperation, Ruch said he was confident bilateral relations between the two countries would continue to improve.
