Strengthening relations with European Parliament

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with a group of MEPs from the European Parliament "Friends of Serbia", and stressed the importance of maintaining good relations of our country with the European Parliament.
Dacic in this regard stressed the importance of continuing information and support to the activities of this group.
During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the cooperation, and an agreement was reached on how to continue it in the future.
This informal group has existed since May 2015 and brings together MEPs who support European integration of Serbia and organise activities to promote our country in the European Parliament, a statement the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.
