Dacic and Rogozin, who are also co-chairman of the Serbian-Russian Intergovernmental Committee on Trade, Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, discussed the possibility of relocation of the production of Russian car parts from Turkey to Serbia, as well as the involvement of Serbian building companies in Russian projects.
Rogozin said on the occasion that Russia wants to speed up cooperation at all levels with Serbia, and stressed the importance of the Serbian-Russian humanitarian centre in Nis.
The centre in Nis is a humanitarian centre and has nothing to do with defence matters. And now, when demining in Palmyra in Syria is a current issue, I see great opportunities for the centre in Nis there, said Rogozin.
Dacic also met yesterday with Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu, with whom he discussed military-technical cooperation, training of military personnel of the Army of Serbia in Russia and the purchase of weapons from Russia.
First Deputy Prime Minister on this occasion said that Serbia is interested in the development of military cooperation with Russia and announced that a special commission for military-technical cooperation between Serbia and Russia will meet on 13 April in Belgrade.
Dacic said that Serbia sees Russia as its natural ally, with which it has had good cooperation for centuries, and thanked Russia for its support to Serbia and the Serbian people, especially on the issue of Kosovo-Metohija.
He also noted that he has a good cooperation with Shoigu for many years, and that they worked very well together in resolving the crisis in Ukraine, when he was Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE.

Shoigu said that the Serbian-Russian cooperation is very active, but the priority is the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level.
According to Shoigu, the course of an extended partnership was confirmed during the recent visit of Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic Moscow and his talks with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
He added that he expects Serbian Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic in Moscow next month, where he will participate in the 5th International Conference on International Security, to be held on 27 and 28 April, whose main theme will be the fight against terrorism.
According to Shoigu, this will be a good opportunity to meet Djordjevic, and exchange opinions regarding the key military cooperation issues.
I hope he will continue the tradition of previous ministers and we count on further development of military and military-technical cooperation, Shoigu said.
The Russian Minister noted that the two countries have a very busy agenda of events this year and said he hoped Serbian soldiers will be participating in all events in Russia, including Army Games and the Tank Biathlon.
Shoigu said that Russia continues to work on humanitarian demining in Serbia and that it has a lot of experience in this area, and that a significant joint project could be the demining of the Syrian Palmyra.
When we founded the Serbian-Russian centre in Nis, we assumed that we would be engaged in third countries, Shoigu explained.
He also added that during the meeting, special attention was devoted to European security, including the situation in the Balkans.
