Mihajlovic told the Tanjug news agency that on the basis of a report from the screenings for the negotiation chapters 14 – transport policy and 21 – trans-European networks, the Netherlands invited Serbia to open these two negotiation chapters.
Pursuant to this invitation, preparations have already begun for negotiation positions for these two chapters, she said.
This also represents a recognition to the competent ministry because it confirms that it is doing its job in the best way possible, Mihajlovic stressed.
According to Mihajlovic, introducing European standards in the field of transport and transport networks means that Serbia’s roads, railways and river transport must be the same as in other EU countries.
