France supports European integration of Serbia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic spoke today with a delegation of the Committee for European Affairs of the French National Assembly about further improvement of the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries and the continuation of intensive political dialogue.

Dacic expressed gratitude for the continued support of France to the European integration of Serbia, pointing out that Serbia's membership in the EU is a priority of our foreign policy.
The members of the delegation praised Serbia's commitment to European integration and stated that our country can continue to count on France's support in this process, which is of historic importance for Serbia.
They also welcomed the efforts which Serbia is making in order to improve cooperation and preserve stability in the region.
They particularly commended Serbia's treatment of migrants and expressed readiness to provide concrete aid in their accommodation.
