A:

Ljajic heads business delegation on visit to Kazakhstan

Belgrade, 29 February 2016

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic will today be on an official visit to Kazakhstan, where he will meet with Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov.

Ljajic and Massimov will discuss the improvement of bilateral relations, possibilities for the arrival of Kazakh investors to Serbia and ways to increase the volume of trade.

During his stay in Astana, Ljajic will meet with Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan Erbolat Dossaev, Minister of Investment and Development Assets Issekeshev and Energy Minister Vladimir Skolnick.

The Serbian delegation headed by Ljajic will include CEO of HIP Petrohemija Pancevo Velimir Unkovic, General Director of MSK Kikinda Mirko Latinovic, Deputy Director of HIP Miljan Djurovic, who will with partner companies from Kazakhstan the possibilities of participation of Kazakh companies in the revitalisation of the petrochemical complex in Serbia, according to a statement from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications.
