Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Kori Udovicki and US Ambassador to Serbia Kyle Scott said today that the introduction of direct flights to New York is a major step towards a better reputation of Serbia, attracting greater investment and improving relations between the two countries.

Udovicki expressed gratitude to the government of the United States, especially the USAID Mission in Belgrade, for their help in the preparation of the Law on Inspection Control.
Scott congratulated Udovicki the adoption of the Law on Inspection Control, which, he says, is important for citizens and businesses in Serbia.
He stressed that the government of the United States remains committed to supporting the reform process in Serbia.
