Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic visited today in Vrnjacka Banja the site at which a national training centre for water polo players will be built, and for whose construction the first electronic building permit in Serbia has been issued today.
Mihajlovic said that makeshift swimming pools in which matches of the 2016 European Water Polo Championships were played will be moved to this location.
She pointed out that the municipality of Vrnjacka Banja carried out all the necessary procedures so that the first electronic building permit could be issued in accordance with the law.
Only a year after the adoption of the Law on planning and construction, electronic building permits are being issued in Serbia, the Minister said and explained that the procedure for issuing these permits lasts five days although the maximum legal time limit is 28 days, when all the necessary documentation is submitted.
Mihajlovic said that now the corruption in the field of issuing building permits is reduced to zero.
