Radulovic said at a press conference in the Serbian government that the total budget of the Ministry of Economy for 2013 was RSD 31.6 billion, of which RSD 27 billion was spent.
He said that RSD 375 million was saved on the subsidies to public enterprises and RSD 1.7 billion on private companies.
The Minister of Economy said that last year the Ministry saved RSD 25 million on salaries of its employees, and added that no subsidies are planned for the 2014 budget.
Radulovic said that he expects Parliament to adopt the law on privatisation and bankruptcy law by the end of January.
According to Radulovic, the laws on privatisation and bankruptcy are key reform laws for companies in restructuring and the completion of privatisation.
Also, Radulovic said that the proposed labour law must be passed and said that if that does not happen, all citizens of Serbia will pay the price.
Radulovic said the proposed labour law is in the interest of all employees, and added that it will not reduce salaries.
He pointed out that the labour bill has been prepared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy.
