The National Museum in Belgrade announced today that an exhibition entitled “Constantine the Great – from a pagan to a Christian empire”, was opened in Rimini, Italy. It contains some of the most valuable pieces of the early Christian period, drawn from prestigious museums throughout Europe. As part of this, 51 exhibits of exceptional artistic and historical value from museums in Serbia will be on display at the exhibition.
Besides pieces from the Belgrade National Museum, which is organizing the Serbian segment of the exhibition, there are also pieces from museums in Negotin, Nis and Zajecar.
The Rimini exhibition will be open until September 4.
