In an interview with the daily newspaper "Vecernje Novosti", Grubjesic said that Serbia will be constructive and flexible as long as there are chances for such an agreement.
According to her, if the Pristina interim institutions behave in the same way as Belgrade did on 2 April, the agreement will be reached.
She said that the community of Serbian municipalities must have precise executive powers, otherwise it makes no sense at all to form such a community, noting that Serbia is not requiring anything that is not in line with European principles of decentralisation.
Grubjesic reiterated that getting a date for starting accession talks with the European Union depends solely on the results of dialogue with the provisional institutions of government in Pristina.
