Speaking at a press conference, held in the Serbian government, Vukovic underlined that the government of Japan, in order to support the improvement of health care in Serbia, donated ambulances and medical equipment worth more than €174,000 to these medical institutions.
He said that the community health centre in Svrljig received two ambulances and medical equipment, and the one in Doljevac was donated an ambulance and an X-ray generator with a chamber for development.
The donation contract was signed by Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of Japan in Serbia Kazuaki Kameda and directors of the community health centers of Doljevac and Svrljig Vesna Zlatanovic-Mitic and Dragan Budimovic.
