Great importance of Days of European Heritage

Minister of Culture and Information Bratislav Petkovic pointed out today to the importance of European Heritage Days and said that this year's theme is "Donations and endowments," aimed at drawing attention to the neglected traditional heritage of Serbia.
During his visit to the monastery Studenica, he said that Studenica is one of the oldest endowments whose founder is Stefan Nemanja.
The Minister met with Studenica dignitaries and also visited the monastery's treasures.
