Mihajlovic told a press conference following the government session that he hopes a mutually satisfying solution will be reached at the meeting, which representatives of the National Bank of Serbia will also attend.
He stated that at today’s session, the government adopted a Bill amending the Law on copyright and related rights and passed a decision on forming a council for the issues of war veterans, which will deal with the issues of legal rights of war veterans, as well as military and civilian invalids of war.
Mihajlovic noted that the government also adopted a programme for the observation of 15 February, Statehood Day.
He added that the government adopted the Bill ratifying the agreement between the Serbia and Japan regarding the project for construction of desulphurisation facility at the Nikola Tesla thermal power in Obrenovac.
The Serbian government at today's meeting appointed the new management of the Smederevo steelworks, said Mihajlovic.
State Secretary of Justice and the Serbian government's coordinator for public relations Slobodan Homen said that the government adopted amendments to the Criminal Code, introducing new corruptive crimes, and sent them to the Serbian parliament.
Homen noted that such changes are made in cooperation with the Council of Europe.
