Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus announced that at tomorrow's meeting with members of the European Commission, there will be talks about what Serbia has done so far on the path towards integration to the EU. The Serbian delegation has prepared a document that presents the domestic version of a positive Feasibility Study.

In an interview to Radio B92, Labus pointed out that all information about possible voluntary surrender of generals indicted before the Hague tribunal would be known by the end of the day, after which the Government would decide on further steps.
After gathering this information in the coming days, the Government will place this problem on the session’s agenda and then reach a decision. The question is whether cooperation with The Hague is possible on a voluntary basis, a consensus desire, or whether we will have to implement the law, underlined the Deputy Prime Minister.
Labus assessed that this is not really a question of cooperation with the Tribunal but whether we still have a state, whether our institutions function and whether we are capable of the serious issue of implementing our laws.
