Sreckovic extends Christmas greetings

Belgrade, 22 December 2011

Minister of Religion and the Diaspora Srdjan Sreckovic extended New Year and Christmas greetings to the heads and dignitaries of the traditional churches and all Catholic believers who celebrate this holiday according to the Gregorian calendar.

"I am extending you a sincere wish that the words of angels song ‘Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace, good will among men’ fill the hearts of all people and get into every mind.

May these words lead us to peace and reconciliation of everyone and all, let them shed light in us on the paths of repentance and forgiveness, mutual understanding, love and respect. May the gentle God allow it that you and all your priests, monks, nuns and believers be as until now the announcers of peace and good will, all in the eternal glory of the Christian culture and for the dignity of God’s image in every person," reads the letter of greetings of Minister Sreckovic.
