Speaking at the press conference at the Ministry of Culture, Media and Information Society Krstic stated that out of 304 works of 102 artist from 16 countries the jury selected 92 works of art by Serbian, Macedonian, Greek, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Italian, German, Czech, Danish, Japanese, Turkish, USA and Brazilian artists to be exhibited.
Beside the chosen works of art the Biennale programme, lasting one and a half months, will comprise of chamber exhibitions by artists passed away since the last manifestation: Pal Homonai, Jure Milos Grgin, Dusan Jevtovic and Dragutin Aleksic, she said.
The works of Russian marginal artist Alexander Lobanov from the Outsider Art Museum collection in Moscow will be exhibited.
