Malovic signs warrant for extradition of Goran Hadzic to ICTY

Minister of Justice Snezana Malovic confirmed today that she signed the warrant for extradition of Goran Hadzic to the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and that the last remaining Hague indictee is now on the road to the Hague.
Malovic told at a press conference at the Serbian government that with the extradition of Hadzic Serbia has completed the most difficult task in fulfilling its obligations to this court.
She said that cooperation with the ICTY will be continued by providing the required documentation, freeing the witnesses from the obligation of keeping secrets and assisting in other ways the trials before this court.
