Milivoje Mihajlovic
Addressing a press conference following a government session, Mihajlovic explained that the Bill envisages the abolition of blank resignation letters and prescribes the order in which representatives are to be presented on election lists, adding that it includes solutions identical to those of the Law on parliamentary elections.
At today’s session, the government also passed a Bill on patents, a Bill ratifying an agreement on the formation of an International Anti-Corruption Academy an a Bill affirming an agreement between Serbia and Uruguay on abolishing visas for the citizens of Uruguay, Mihajlovic added.
He said that the Serbian government has instructed ministries in charge of public companies to advertise vacancies for directors and pointed out that the decision was made to depoliticise public companies.
Public companies should get experts who will contribute to the stabilisation and consolidation of state-owned enterprises, he said.
The government also decided that the Directorate for Commodity Reserves buys 100,000 tonnes of mercantile wheat of this year's crop at a price of RSD 20 per kilogramme, said Mihajlovic, adding that the Directorate will pay the wheat within 15 days of receipt of documentation.
