Azerbaijanis Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jemal who performed the song "Running Scared” won tonight the historic first place for Azerbaijan at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Serbia’s Nina Radojicic was ranked 14th with her song “Caroban“ written by Kristina Kovac which scored 85 points.
The winner’s song got 221 points and Azerbaijan will host the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest. Italy came in second with 189 points, and Sweden third with 185 points.
Of the ex-Yugoslav republics, representative of Bosnia-Herzegovina Dino Marlin was ranked highest, who won the sixth place with his song in English "Love in Rewind".
