Serbia, Ohio to improve cooperation

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic spoke today in Columbus with officials of the state of Ohio which has a large number of citizens of Serbian origin.

Dacic, who will wrap up his stay in the United States with the visit to Ohio, spoke with Ohio Governor John Kasich, Leader of the National Guard of Ohio General Deborah Ashenhurts and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.
The talks focused on improvement of cooperation, ways of exchange of expertise and training in the fields such as emergency situations, police academies and other.
The First Deputy Prime Minister also held a lecture at the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at the Ohio University, it is added in the statement by the Ministry of the Interior.
