At the invitation of the US Administration, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic will attend the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington hosted by the US President and traditionally held on the first Thursday of February each year.
During his stay in the US, Dacic will meet with senators, congressmen and other high officials of the US administration.
He will speak with President of the Congressional Committee on Foreign Affairs Dan Burton and President of the Committee on National Security Michael Turner.
Dacic will also hold meetings in the state of Ohio, Cleveland and Columbus, which are the biggest centres of the Serbian diaspora in the US after Chicago.
In addition to representatives of the diaspora, Dacic will speak with the mayor and head of police of Cleveland and with the Ohio attorney general.
Dacic will address the Cleveland foreign policy council and will speak at the Ohio state university. He will also attend a Sunday morning liturgy in the Saint Sava church in Cleveland.
