First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic said today in a meeting with Director-General for Political Affairs at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Björn Lyrvall that the cooperation between the two countries is stronger and that the two countries have established true partnership.

Dacic thanked the Swedish government on several donor projects that have helped the reform process in Serbia.
The meeting also focused on the increasing number of migrants since the introduction of visa free regime and accelerated process of their return to Serbia.
Lyrvall said that they cannot be referred to as political asylum seekers, given the fact that Serbia is a democratic country.
He expressed satisfaction with the success that Serbia has made towards the European integration, adding that Serbia will soon join the European family, while striving to meet all the requirements and set standards of EU.
