In letters addressed to Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina Haris Silajdzic, members of the Presidency Zeljko Komsic and Nebojsa Radmanovic and Albanian Minister for European Integration Majlinda Bregu, Djelic underlined that this decision represents a very important step for these countries and their citizens who will be able to travel to Europe without visas after many years.
“The success of any country in the region in the process of European integration is a step forward towards Europe for the entire region.
The decision on abolishment of tourist visas for Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania is of great importance for the entire region because it shows that Europe sees our region as a partner, and not as a safety threat,” Djelic pointed out.
