Media can help Serbia’s accession process

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and Minister of Science and Technological Development Bozidar Djelic stated today in Loznica that the media can help Serbia in its accession process by truthfully reporting on its real state of affairs.
Djelic told Tanjug news agency that in a modern democratic society, the media are no one’s instrument, but an independent factor in the society.
He underlined that it is important for Serbia’s accession process that the media point to what can be done better on this path.
That way, the attention of the society and its leaders will be focused on these issues, he added.
