Opening the “Best Employees for Best Employers” fair in New Belgrade, Dinkic noted that young people should not wait for jobs, but look for them, underlining that the state will do all it can to attract successful companies to Serbia.
He also presented employment contracts to 50 unemployed persons who applied for the First Chance project and a project on self-employment, as well as agreements to three employers that will hire 30 registered unemployed persons.
Minister of Youth and Sport Snezana Samardzic-Markovic, Director of the National Employment Service Dejan Jovanovic, New Belgrade municipal president Nenad Milenkovic and a member of the City Council Miroslav Cuckovic also attended the opening.
Over 40 employers offered as many as 700 posts to young professionals with degrees from the faculties of pharmacy, medicine, transportation, construction engineering, economics, law, electrical engineering and agriculture.
Companies taking part in the fair include IBM, Fiat Automobili, Carlsberg Serbia, Telefonija, Raiffeisen Bank, Metro Cash&Carry, Oracle, Imlek, Galenika, Nikola Tesla Airport, Eko Serbia, EFG Banka, Ikarbus and others.
