First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic and Indjija municipality president Goran Jesic opened a 4 km reconstructed part of the R-107 regional road in the Indjija industrial zone, which is worth RSD 650 million.
Dacic said that this investment is directed towards attracting domestic and foreign partners and creating new jobs.
In the conditions of the global economic crisis, each new investment and new job is a great success, he declared.
Indjija can be a model for other cities and municipalities in Serbia for attracting domestic and foreign investment.
Jesic pointed out that the road that was opened today is part of a larger capital project connecting the motorway, industrial zone and the municipality of Indjija, in a move to bring new jobs to the residents of Indjija.
