Dacic opens European Championship in Practical Shooting

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic opened the European Championship in Practical Shooting at Kalemegdan today in which over 1,200 participants from 44 countries will take part.

Dacic wished success to all competitors and a pleasant stay in Serbia, thanking the world IPSC Federation for entrusting Serbia with the organisation of the championship.
The practical part of the competition will be held from 13 to 17 September on the training ground of the Special Antiterrorist Unit (SAJ) in Batajnica.
After a march-past of all participants, the opening ceremony was marked by four SAJ members parachuting from 1,500 metres to land on a previously established spot.
