Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic stated today at a meeting with a delegation of the US Congress that it is necessary to improve economic cooperation between the two countries.

Dinkic invited investors from the United States who are thinking of expanding their businesses into Europe to come to Serbia.
He talked with the delegation of Congressmen about relations between Serbia and the United States and future cooperation, for which there is a lot of potential, particularly in the area of economy, in the IT sector.
Dinkic presented the advantages of investing in Serbia at the meeting, highlighting that Serbia has the lowest tax rates and the best workforce in the region.
He reiterated that European integration is the key to Serbia’s further development and that nothing should hinder this process.
The delegation led by Representative William Delahunt included representatives Dan Burton, Michael Turner, Jeff Flake and Steve Cohen.
