First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic spoke today in Sombor with Croatian Minister of the Interior Tomislav Karamarko about opening a regional centre for the fight against organised crime.
For this occasion, Dacic underlined that the Serbian and Croatian police have very good cooperation and expressed a firm belief that it serves as a driving force for overall police cooperation in the region.
Karamarko said that the regional centre will deal a very severe blow to crime and that the idea is to include as many countries as possible in its work.
He confirmed that the health condition of Sretko Kalinic is stable and that his imminent surrender to the Serbian authorities might be expected soon.
The Joint headquarters for the fight against organised crime held a meeting today, reads a statement by the Ministry of the Interior.
