Dinkic delivers help to Zajecar residents affected by floods

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic handed over aid to 650 families in Zajecar whose houses were damaged by floods.

Dinkic said that after a tour of flood stricken areas in Zajecar with Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic on 1 March, during which people were promised help to repair damage, a large supply of nationally manufactured furniture, household appliances and other necessities were provided today.
I am pleased that we have managed to compensate for their losses at least to some degree and I am happy to see smiles on their faces, said the Minister.
Dinkic expressed his gratitude to Serbian companies Simpo, Sintelon, Gorenje Valjevo and Alfa Plam from Vranje that offered their goods at discounted prices and thus helped the citizens of Zajecar.
Assistance in the form of domestic products, which in the next 10 days will be distributed to all households, is worth more than RSD 50 million.
