Djelic underlined that this Agreement is a great opportunity for US technological companies to come to do business in Serbia.
Serbia and the US have had official relations in the field of science and technology for 30 years already, Djelic recalled and added that this Agreement is an important step for Serbia because the US is the world leader in science and technology.
The Serbian scientific diaspora is the strongest in the US and this Agreement will solve the problem of issuing visas for members of the scientific community. It also creates space for other agreements between institutes, universities and scientific institutions of the two countries.
