Addressing a business forum of Serbian and Polish businessmen in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS), he said that Poland is the only country in Europe which had positive economic growth last year and is positioned sixth among the economies of Europe.
Djelic said that cooperation between Poland and Serbia is not at a satisfactory level and that the volume of trade and investment should be increased.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that Poland has attracted €100 billion in investments in the last 20 years.
According to data from PKS, in 2009 the total value of trade between Poland and Serbia amounted to $345 million, with Serbian exports totalling $67.3 million, while imports from Poland amounted to $277.7 million.
