Dacic at ministerial conference on border safety

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic will attend the 7th annual ministerial conference on cooperation in border safety, taking place on 4 and 5 March in Tirana, under the auspices of Spain’s EU presidency.
The participants in the conference include ministers from the region and representatives of international organisations, including the European Commission, OSCE, Conflict Prevention Centre and others.
The conference will look at the integrated border management system, progress in border safety achieved in 2009, implementation of strategies for 2010 and 2011, progress in border safety in south-eastern Europe in 2009 and similar matters.
