Serbian citizens should welcome New Year with optimism

Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic today wished a happy New Year to all Serbian citizens, noting that they should welcome it with optimism and faith that all will be better.
"A difficult year is behind us. However, we managed to mitigate the effects of the global crisis and at the same time make progress in other areas.
I am optimistic about next year and I would like to send a message to Serbian citizens telling them that we will be better off next year and wishing them a lot of happiness and health, as well as money, in 2010", reads the Prime Minister’s letter of greetings.
