During his tour, Dacic said that the Serbian Interior Ministry attaches great importance to cooperation with Motorola because of the development of their telecommunications systems and that completing this development is in the interest of the entire Serbian security system.
Dacic was shown a presentation about latest police equipment and technology at the Motorola offices.
He said that the purpose of his visit to Israel is to sign an agreement on police cooperation between the Serbian Interior Ministry and the Israeli Ministry of Public Security, adding that the agreement concerns the fight against terrorism, emergency response and border police.
Dacic said that during his visit to Israel he will meet with his Israeli counterpart Eli Yishai, Minister of Public Security Yitzhak Aharonovitch, Police Chief Dudi Cohen and Foreign Minister Avigdor Liebermann.
Dacic said that this visit is an opportunity for strengthening relations between the two countries in the areas of interior affairs and security.
