Police find weapons buried in Konculj

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic today stated that police have found munitions in a buried oil tank in the village of Konculj in the Bujanovac municipality.
Dacic told the Beta news agency that a large quantity of bombs, hand grenades, rifles and ammunition was found in the oil tank.
The operation, led by the multiethnic police from Bujanovac is ongoing, he stated, noting that it is with the agreement of Albanian representatives from southern Serbian municipalities.
Albanian leaders from the south of Serbia, international community representatives and KFOR, UNMIK and EULEX have been informed about the operation since the tank is buried right next to the administrative border line, Dacic said.
