Dacic meets with head of Baden-Württemberg government

Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic met today with Günther Oettinger, Minister President of Baden-Württemberg. Dacic expressed his gratitude for the support provided by Germany to Serbia.

Dacic said that Serbia has good police cooperation with Germany, both at the federal level and with the province of Baden-Württemberg.
He said that Germany is Serbia’s key partner among European countries and that the German provinces of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria are important regions in that they have greatly helped the Serbian economy.
Oettinger stressed that security cooperation is as important as economic cooperation. He invited members of the Serbian police force to visit the Baden-Württemberg police academy.
