First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic today opened the traditional Happy Rafting 2009 event on the Ibar River near Kraljevo.

Since the Ibar’s level is high this year around 100 boats and rafts are taking part in the rafting.
Dacic also used the opportunity to visit the police department in Usce.
