The Serbian Ministry of Culture stated that a declaration regarding the importance of culture and heritage in intercultural dialogue was signed at the ministerial conference in Baku.
According to the statement the signatories of the declaration agreed to work on the affirmation of cultural diversity and cultural policy at national, regional and local levels and to contribute to the promotion of intercultural dialogue.
The culture ministers also agreed that this process will imply cooperation between various political sectors as well as the participation of the media, civil society and public figures, concludes the statement.
