Minister of Religion extends Eid ul Adha greetings

Serbian Minister of Religion Bogoljub Sijakovic today extended Eid ul Adha greetings to the Muslim community in Serbia, saying that he wished every Muslim peace, contentment and harmony during the great festival of sacrifice.
He said that the sentiments related to this holiday must make every Muslim aware of the fact that only joint efforts can make Serbia, our shared country, a place where cultural and religious diversity is respected and members of different ethnic and religious communities are able to live according to their own values.
The Ministry of Religion is committed to protecting religious freedom and to improving relations with all religious communities in Serbia, said the Minister in his greeting message.
