Other countries that made it to the final are Greece, Romania, Israel, Azerbaijan, Norway, Poland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Armenia, Finland, Russia, Ukraine, Croatia, Albania, Iceland, Georgia, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Turkey and Portugal.
Audiences from 43 participant countries will vote for the best song by SMS or telephone. Each country gives points to ten songs, and points range from 1 to 12.
Organisers have announced that the final will be opened by last year’s winner Marija Serifovic. Celebrated Serbian basketball player Vlada Divac will open the voting, and during the voting the audience will have the opportunity to watch a performance by Goran Bregovic and his Orchestra for Weddings and Funerals.
