Cvetkovic said at a press conference held after the government session that it was not made clear who was against it since it was obvious that there were not sufficient votes for adopting the proposal.
The finance minister explained that most of ministers did not vote for ratification of the agreement with Russia mainly because of the caretaker government and does not have the capacity to make a decision about such an important document.
Minister of Trade and Services Predrag Bubalo expressed regret over the fact that the government did not adopt the draft law on affirming the energy agreement with Russia so that it could be ratified in the Serbian parliament, since there is no obstacle to it.
Minister of Infrastructure Velimir Ilic said that on April 25, he will travel to Moscow to talk with Russian officials about reducing the price of gas and oil for Serbia by 20%.
