Bubalo said at the press conference that the agreement mainly concerns the possibility of cooperation between Belgrade and UNMIK in resolving the crisis, and was agreed upon by Minister Samardzic and Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic.
He also said that the government adopted today a working conclusion according to which the ministries of defence, justice and finance must find a way to resolve demands by reservists who want their daily military service allowance to be paid.
The Minister recalled that these ministries dealt with problems of reservists from Kursumlija and must try to use the same model to find solutions to problems affecting reservists from other municipalities.
This conclusion was adopted following a debate on ways to satisfy the demands of reservist’s from several other municipalities who want to be paid for serving in the military during the NATO air attacks, said Bubalo.
He said that the government today passed a Decree for choosing National Investment Plan funded projects for 2009. It was also decided that this year funds from the NIP should be reallocated to ministries that have projects which can be completed in 2008.

Bubalo announced that the government today passed a Decree on the distribution of funds in 2008 for the earthquake stricken Kolubara District.
Bubalo said that the government made a Decision to dissolve the Ruma municipal assembly as well as a Decision on the formation of interim organs.
According to Bubalo, it was also decided to establish a commission for special awards to artists for their major contribution to Serbian national culture.
Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Slobodan Milosavljevic announced that a Decree on subsidies for farmers to the amount of RSD 10,000 per hectare of arable land, which is €20 up from last year’s subsidies of €100 per hectare.
Milosavljevic explained that farmers will receive RSD 4,000 for gas, RSD 3,500 for mineral fertilisers and RSD 2,500 for seed.
